Responsibilities

The Testing Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination of the testing program for students with disabilities. The individual will maintain a calendar, manage accommodations provided, schedule proctors and communicate with faculty to obtain/deliver tests securely. The individual will monitor the tests and coordination under indirect supervision from the director.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED and two years prior administrative support/clerical experience are required. The individual must be well organized, work well in a busy environment and have excellent communication skills.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

-Effective oral and written communication
-Clerical experience using a computer; word, excel and outlook
-The testing coordinator should be an approachable individual ready to work with a variety of individuals with differing abilities.
-Patience and understanding are qualities essential to working with students with disabilities.
