Responsibilities

The Administrative Support Assistant performs work of moderate difficulty that includes clerical, general office, and administrative tasks to support compliance with federal regulations. The position is under direct supervision. Will cover Baldwin, Washington and Hancock counties. Will need to work out of these locations.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED and one year of administrative support/clerical experience are required. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with using calculators/adding machines, copiers, computers, and fax machines to process client and office records
  • Ability to interact with individuals of low-income and first-generation backgrounds
  • Great organizational skills to handle multiple projects
  • Professional appearance and behavior
