Responsibilities

Coordinate all Veteran Administration services for the Macon Campus and Regional Academic Centers. Interacts with Athletics to determine academic eligibility for students participating in intercollegiate events. Assists with processing degree audits for the Macon Campus and Regional Academic Centers. Participates in planning, and attending commencement activities. Serves as backup for transcript processing

Required Qualifications

Two years of college coursework from an accredited college/university and one year of relevant experience to include data entry is required. In lieu of education, equivalent directly related experience will be considered. Must be able to use Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.  This position also requires excellent oral and written communication skills in order to work with faculty, staff, and students.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Strong command of word processing skills to produce letters and memos for a variety of customers.
  • Possess both strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, accurately perform detailed work and be committed to providing high quality service on a daily basis in a pressure-filled environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team oriented office.
Pay Rate

Base: $12.50 up to commensurate with experience
