Responsibilities |
This position calls for the management of the daily application of the registration process, including loading and updating the class schedule into Campus Vue, course registration, class roll reconciliation, maintenance of current term (schedule changes, course conflict resolution), preparation of grade reports, entering grades into Campus Vue and the distribution of grade reports. Much of the work of this position is done independently or with limited supervision.

Required Qualifications |
Two years of college coursework from an accredited college/university and one year of relevant experience to include data entry is required. In lieu of education, equivalent directly related experience will be considered. Must be able to use Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. This position also requires excellent oral and written communication skills in order to work with faculty, staff, and students.

Base: $12.50 an hour up to commensurate with experience
