Responsibilities |
The Administrative Assistant position serves all of the departments within student affairs: Access & Accommodations, Campus Life, Counseling and Psychological Services, Housing, Recreational Sports and Wellness, and Center for Career and Professional Development. This position manages budgets for several of these departments and is responsible for a purchasing card. The Administrative Assistant manages social media accounts and creates bi-weekly campus wide announcements. Event planning and marketing creation for these events is also a component of this position.

Required Qualifications |
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and one year of administrative support experience are required. In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates must have proficiency with Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills. Candidates with a bachelor's degree, prior experience with Social Media, Photoshop, Design software (like Canva), and/or Acrobat Pro are highly desirable.
