Responsibilities

Provide primary health care to students and employees on the Atlanta campus under the supervision of the campus physician, written approval protocols, and the Nurse Practice Act of Georgia.

Required Qualifications

This position requires a Masters in Nursing/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner from an accredited college/university, a current Nurse Practitioner certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and at least one year of experience in a general clinic situation, preferably a physician practice. Candidate must provide a certificate of current liability insurance coverage. Experience working in a family practice setting is a plus as is prescription authority from the DEA.
