Responsible for the maintenance and veracity of all student academic records. Responsible for all the transfer evaluation of processes. Handles problems relating to student academic history and grades.

Required Qualifications

Two years of college coursework and two years of prior support experience, which must include some time working in a university or college records office, are required. In lieu of education, equivalent related experience will be considered.

  • Knowledge of Campus Nexus, and Microsoft Suite. This knowledge will provide the foundation for in-depth training of software used to record and track student academic records.
  • Ability to read small-print text when working with transcripts in evaluating transfer credit.
  • Ability to research information and critically think about solutions to day-to-day processes and potential issues. Good mathematical aptitude and strong attention to details are required. Knowledge of filing and record keeping. Ability to understand a relational database in order to problem solve. Ability to deal effectively and courteously with faculty, staff, students, and the general public. Knowledge of Campus Nexus preferred.
