This position is responsible for the supervision of front desk and call center staff at Mercer Medicine, assist with administrative processes, and perform the duties of a front desk or call center staff member when necessary. Assist in the identification of systems counter productive to patient flow and assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance all aspects of patient flow and calls into Mercer Medicine.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required along with five years of medical office experience, with two years of supervisory experience. The two years of supervisory experience can be in a medical setting or in another  professional field.  The successful candidate must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word, have working knowledge of medical billing software, strong communication skills, knowledge of third party reimbursement procedures, and excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver's license is required as this position requires some travel.
