Responsibilities

This position serves as the initial point of contact for callers and visitors both on the phone and in the Office of Student Financial Planning. This employee greets, assists, and if unable to help, then directs visitors to the appropriate Financial Planning personnel. This position collects, scans, and enters into Campus Nexus all completed forms, correspondence, and any other necessary documentation and certifies I-9s. This position will assist the Director of Student Financial Planning for Atlanta and Regional Academic Centers with other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma/GED and two years of related experience to include administrative office support, customer service, and data entry are required.  General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills to assist students and parents on the phone and in person. Must be able to multi-task and complete various duties simultaneously. Must maintain knowledge of policies and procedures to comply with Federal and State regulations and privacy issues. Must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle difficult customers. Must know how to use a copier, fax and shredder in order to assist with various office duties. Must be a team player and work well with all types of people.
