The incumbent will serve as registrar operations expert with ERP systems. The incumbent will collaborate with the University community for implementation and optimization of degree audit systems and ERP systems. This position will serve as an ERP systems expert and work with IT, the Registrar’s staff, Financial Planning, and academic departments to develop and facilitate degree audit functions for Title IV coursework compliance, as well as measure student progress towards graduation.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science or a related field is required.  Additionally, three years of prior related experience working in a university records/registrar’s office, which must include working with degree audit software implementation and database manipulation as well as computer application hardware and software is required.

Candidates must have an understanding of relational database systems, knowledge of SQL, and proficiency in Excel to examine data through sorting, filtering, and pivot tables in order to identify data issues and generate basic information such as counts, averages, etc.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license as this position does require some travel to other campuses.
