The Coordinator of Enrollment Management must be very organized, analytical, creative, flexible, self-motivated with a personal commitment to excellence and efficiency, and passionate about serving the needs of our Enrollment Management department for Macon Traditional Residential Undergraduate Admissions Office.  This position will assist in planning admissions and recruitment events, will serve as a guest facing point of contact over e-mail, phone, and in-person, and will also provide support for budget management and other various projects. 

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required along with at least one year of administrative support experience, to include data entry, customer service, and/or enrollment management experience.  In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience will also be considered.  The successful candidate must know how to use Microsoft Office products efficiently and effectively, particularly Microsoft Excel in order to maintain various budget and expense reports. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess the ability and competency to communicate with prospective students and families via phone, email, and personal interactions including managing the main admissions e-mail account. Candidates must also possess the ability to communicate internally with various departments to coordinate admissions and recruitment programs.

Base: $13.87 an hour up to commensurate with experience
