Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier telehealth client accounts with the responsibility for project management, retention, and growth. Possesses advanced skills with managing the telehealth technology, hardware and software needs of various telehealth stakeholders. Prepares telehealth implementation plans and leads client on-boarding and training. Develops content and customized training materials and programs for assigned accounts. Work closely with clients to identify needs and consult on best practices for telehealth implementation.

Prepares and delivers effective client presentations to current and potential clients. Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts to expand their telehealth services and seeks after new opportunities in the market.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED and three years of experience in telehealth implementation, information technology, or account management are required. Candidates with a bachelor's degree, proficiency in software user acceptance testing (UAT), and/or 5+ years of experience are highly desirable. 

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by the university's carrier as this position requires travel.

• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft office suite of services
• Able to gain trust through consistent communication, planning and completion of deliverables
• Able to speak expertly and present in front of small and large audiences
• Able to manage complex client relationships
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
• Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
