Responsibilities |
Responsible for the maintenance and veracity of all student academic records. Responsible for all the transfer evaluation of processes. Handles problems relating to student academic history and grades.

Required Qualifications |
Two years of college coursework and two years of prior administrative support experience are required. In lieu of education, equivalent directly related experience that must include working in a college or university records office will be considered.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities |
- Knowledge of Campus Nexus, and Microsoft Suite. This knowledge will provide the foundation for in-depth training of software used to record and track student academic records.
- Ability to read small-print text when working with transcripts in evaluating transfer credit.
- Ability to research information and critically think about solutions to day-to-day processes and potential issues. Good mathematical aptitude and strong attention to details are required. Knowledge of filing and record keeping. Ability to understand a relational database in order to problem solve. Ability to deal effectively and courteously with faculty, staff, students, and the general public. Knowledge of Campus Nexus preferred.
