- This position requires extensive knowledge of all aspects of Electronic Warfare. The individual will support a variety of tasks that include integrating system enhancements and new technology into EW systems, understanding tradeoffs in software defined radio designs and how to integrate and test solutions, designing and analyzing algorithms to insert into software block cycles, and RF system level analysis. The candidate will provide technical advice to internal leadership and our customer on our current project portfolio as well as in future strategic directions.

Required Qualifications

- U.S. Citizenship is required.

- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance.

- A Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution and 9 years of directly related experience; or a Master's degree in same and 14 years of directly related experience; or a Bachelor's degree in same and 15 years of directly related experience.

- 9 years of technical lead responsibility.

- The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate strong leadership skills to achieve sustainable top performance. He or she will have experience as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. This candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate. 

- Demonstrated abilities to lead through mentoring and coaching are necessary.
