A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Education, Business, Rhetoric/Communications, Leadership, Liberal Arts, or other related field is required. Candidates with a master's degree and/or prior admissions experience are highly desirable.

Excellent grammar, proofreading and writing skills; an understanding of traditional and nontraditional education; experience in marketing and advertising development and strategies; and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, to meet deadlines, and to follow through on tasks to completion. Critical thinking and evaluation skills are required, as is an advanced level of proficiency with appropriate technologies.
