Responsibilities |
• The Academic Support Associate and Test Proctor requires indirect supervision and the ability to work independently. • The primary responsibility of this position is providing support to Academic Affairs Department. • This position requires proctoring of all exams and may include providing training on test protocols to other support staff. • This position requires various computer skills to accomplish the assigned tasks. • This position is responsible for documentation and evaluations in One45.

Required Qualifications |
A high school diploma or GED and two years of prior administrative support experience that involves the use of multiple computer applications are required. Candidates should have a willingness and ability to interact with the various personalities and expectations of 25+ staff and faculty members, to include basic science faculty, Directors, and other co-workers. Must be able to work well under pressures of submission deadlines.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities |
- Proficient in all components in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knows how to use MS Word to format, edit and maintain study guides, correspondence, etc.
- Knows how to use MS Excel to create/maintain spread sheets, and utilize various forms in that format.
- Knows how to use Internet Explorer to access needed programs and information.
- Knows how to use copy and fax equipment to duplicate and communicate needed information.
