Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and veracity of all student academic records. Responsible for all the transfer evaluation of processes. Handles problems relating to student academic history and grades.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with one year of prior experience in a college/university records office is required.  In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Ability to read faxed materials and small-print text when working with transcripts in evaluating transfer credit.
  • Ability to research information and critically think about solutions to day-to-day processes and potential issues.
  • Good mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail are required.
  • Knowledge of filing and record keeping.
  • Ability to understand a relational database in order to problem-solve.
  • Ability to deal effectively and courteously with faculty, staff, students, and the general public.
