This position requires a highly motivated, self directed individual with the ability to deliver at a high level and develop and maintain collaborative relationships inside and outside of the Financial Planning Office. The incumbent must possess the ability to prioritize effectively, proactively solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high levels of accuracy. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent decision making skills, the ability to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames, as well as good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The successful candidate must possess excellent attention to detail, a process-improvement focus, good training, analytical and documentation skills, as well as be proficient in technology skills, including Microsoft Suite or Office Applications. The Associate Director must maintain a positive manner, be well organized and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high performance environment. This position must possess the ability to work well with students, faculty, and staff at all levels within a diverse, multi-cultural, and collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required along with at least two years of related experience to include accounting/finance, computer technology/software, and customer service.  

The successful candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate with students, parents and internal customers.  Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented to perform varied duties under strict time constraints.  Must be able to work well under pressure, in a team environment, and with a diverse population to provide excellent service.  Must have the ability to prioritize work flow and work with many interruptions.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
