Responsibilities |
The Career Consultant provides intensive coaching, programming, and career education to business students and alumni with a specific emphasis on preparing undergraduate students. The Career Consultant supports relationships with recruiters/potential employers' opportunities, creates marketing campaigns, and tracks student outcomes focusing on students in ten business majors in The Stetson-Hatcher School of Business.

Required Qualifications |
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business or closely related field is required along with four years of related professional experience such as counseling students and/or student services experience OR a master's degree from an accredited college/university is required and two years of the above mentioned experience.
The successful candidate must have knowledge of the job market for all business disciplines and related job search resources (such as Handshake) Must be able to assist student and alumni with their job searches/networking.
Excellent organizational and both written and verbal communication skills are essential. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills for working with students, alumni, employers, and representatives from other business schools.
