Responsibilities

This position requires a highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to deliver at a high level and develop and maintain collaborative relationships inside and outside of the Financial Planning Office. The incumbent must possess the ability to prioritize effectively, proactively solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high levels of accuracy. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent decision making skills, the ability to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames, as well as good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. The successful candidate must possess excellent attention to detail, a process-improvement focus, good training, analytical and documentation skills, as well as proficient technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of Office Applications. The Associate Director of Operations must maintain a positive manner, be well organized and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This position also must possess the ability to work well with students, faculty and staff at all levels within a diverse, multi-cultural, and collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required along with at least two years of experience, which must include accounting finance, financial aid and computer information systems experience, and customer service.  

The successful candidate must be proficient in Excel data processing; have a high level of accuracy; have the ability to problem solve; and the ability to manage different projects simultaneously.
