Responsibilities

- Negotiation of contract/subcontract terms and conditions.

- Post award contract administration.

- Input/maintenance of the Contracts, Subcontracts, Closeout and Contract Vehicles modules in the Management

 Information System (MIS).

- Composing internal and external correspondence of moderate complexity.

- Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements compliance/audits.

- Completion of subcontracting plans.

- Socio-economic reporting.

- Property management to include record keeping; receipt and tagging; tracking movement; PMSA audits; 

  delivery paperwork.

- Property reporting.

- Contractor manpower reporting.

- Completion of contract closeout.

- Request for Quotes for tasks to be subcontracted.

- Post award subcontracts administration/monitoring requirements.

- Configuration control management.

Required Qualifications

- U.S. Citizenship is required.

- Successful candidates must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a DoD security clearance.

- Requires a bachelor's degree in business and  six years relevant experience.

- Requires a high degree of proficiency and knowledge of personal computers.  Demonstrated knowledge in the use of 

   Microsoft OFFICE, to include advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Must have experience with the Internet and demonstrate the ability to extract information pertinent to performing 

   assigned duties, as required.

- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills, have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality,

  experience in exercising independent judgement in handling difficult and sensitive issues and the ability to project professionalism

  reflective of a highly visible administrative office.  Good use of the English language and good writing skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working with the Department of Defense and/or government contracts.

- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Department of Defense FAR Supplement.
