Responsibilities

The Department of Chemistry in the College of Liberal Arts invites applications for a 9-month position of Visiting Faculty to begin August 1, 2019. Rank will be determined based on the credentials of the final candidate. This is a one-year appointment with the possibility of extension. All scholarly specializations in chemistry and biochemistry will be considered. The primary instructional responsibilities will be general chemistry and mentoring undergraduate researchers.

Qualifications

A master’s degree in chemistry or biochemistry from an accredited College/University is required. Candidates with a PhD in these related fields are strongly preferred.

Commensurate with experience
