Responsibilities

Mercer University is accepting applications for the position of Football Equipment Manager. The primary duties of the equipment manager are to purchase, provide maintenance to, and distribute equipment to football team on a timely basis. Other duties may include game day and practice set up, cleaning apparel for players, conducting athlete’s needs assessment, and suggesting equipment and supply needs.

Early morning and weekend work will be required.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED and one year of related experience, which must include working with team sports in a college setting is required. Candidates with a bachelor's degree are highly desirable.
