Responsibilities

Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics, AACSB-accredited, is seeking applicants for a non-tenure track clinical position in Accounting at the Lecturer level beginning August 2019.  Based at the Atlanta campus, this position is renewable and offers the potential of long-term employment.  The focus of the position is teaching and service.  Teaching load is seven courses per year at the masters and undergraduate levels.  Service responsibilities include participating on school and university committees and advising and mentoring students.

Qualifications

A MBA or MAcc degree from an AACSB-accredited university with demonstrated teaching excellence is required.  Candidates who can teach courses in tax and financial accounting in the Masters of Accountancy program and who have significant industry experience are preferred.
